Returns & complaints

We offer a 14-day customer satisfaction guarantee, which means that if you are not satisfied with your Ergostone Original after trying it for up to 14 days, you can get your money back.

In addition to that, we have 30 days open purchase on all our products. You have the right to exchange for another item or receive a full refund, provided the packaging is undamaged. You as the buyer are responsible for any return shipping costs.

In the event of a defective or damaged item, we will of course replace it with a new product.
